Established in 2009, H+Co Parties Et Cetera is an event production company based in Athens, Greece.

We offer a wide range of services that include the provision of Sound and Lighting Effectsโ€™ systems, Decorative and Functional Venue Illumination, Special Effects and Customized Trussing Constructions. The performance of the talented, and vastly sought-after, members of our DJ team are always there to supplement the high-end productions we deliver. All over Greece.

Through our network of associates โ€” who we deem to be the best in the country in their respective fields โ€” we are able to offer anything that may be required for any given private event or corporate function, well beyond our aforementioned in-house services. Venue decorators, event planners/coordinators, florists, furniture/prop rentals, image/video projections, LED screens, tent/canopy constructions, stage building, catering/bartending services, live performers and bands, dancers, entertainers, photo/videographers, valet services, security personnel, lifeguards, firework shows, mobile power generators and venue locating/booking to name a few.

Video Creation / Editing & Custom 3D Animations

Creating a video โ€” when done well โ€” is a particularly time-consuming task. Think days. It’s all about getting a message across to the viewers, attracting their engagement and conveying what was, or will be, experienced. In the best possible light.

Nowadays, many of us have given video editing a hobby-level try. But due to a lack of free time, and given the steep learning curve beyond the basics, most have given up trying to take their edits to anything more than a simple sequence of footage clips, using very basic transitions between them.

We have the knowledge and skill, and we make the time because we love visual creations! Whether real real-time, or after the fact. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Track Remixing / Re-Editing

A hobby of our has always been remixing and re-editing songs. We, as most people, love updated variations of favorite songs. Whether oldies, or relatively recent tracks. A more up-to-date version of the song you love, or an altogether different track which is evocative of the original via its re-sampling.

Imagine having your event’s theme track tailored to your liking, just just for you! For “your” version to be played during, and throughout, your special evening.

It doesn’t get more “You” than that! ๐Ÿ™‚

Your own, customized, track may also be used as the theme song upon which your video, or animated slideshow, is based. Should you wish to send it to your guests along with their invitation โ€” as an event teaser โ€” it will establish the track as the event’s theme beforehand! Should it be sent to them in the days following as an attendance thank-you, including footage from your special day, your personally-tailored theme track will serve as a reminder of the soiree you had hosted; further “cementing” it as yours!

Event Temp-Website Creation

The keys here are ease, simplicity, speed and โ€” of course โ€” price.

In a “world gone digital” it is not uncommon to create a website with information regarding an event someone is hosting, map directions to it, to automate reminder dispatches, to include photos/videos, contact details, as well as to amass RSVPs to assist you and/or your event planner to more expediently coordinate the occasion.

Once given the necessary info, text and media, we can create this website for you and give your event the professional look it deserves. And to help keep things organized.

Multi-use custom QR Codes

QR codes are everywhere. With them you can save vcards (contact details) directly to your mobile devices, download menus and other documents, be linked to internet pages/websites, to social media profiles etc. We are all acquainted with them and use them on practically a daily basis for at least one of the above purposes.

Imagine being able to create a unique QR code for your event, but one which offers ALL of the above.

With a single scan your guests will have access to everything you need them to. Eg. your website or that of the event’s, the event venue’s location pin to navigate them there, to a pre-event teaser video, to the optionally downloadable digital invitation. And so much more. With the same scan they will also be able to save the contact info to your event organizer, suggested hotels, travel agencies et al directly on their mobile devices.

All you will need to do is email them a single QR code and they will have everything that is needed by simply scanning it!

And, since this Multi-QR code is dynamic, you may add to, edit and delete some ofย  its contents as the days pass so that anyone scanning it will have access to the updated information at any time.

Following the event you will also be able to include the link to a video of your event that we can create for to thank your guests for their attendance.

Printing & Sign Posts

Is there a point to printed invitations anymore? Functionally, no.

Digital ones are far more efficient, reach the recipient immediately, and open a real-time and costless communication channel up for any changes or updates regarding the event that you may need to convey right away.

So why print?

Well, nothing beats the sensation of touch and feel. It’s real. Plain and simple.

When your invitees receive their luxurious invitations, the experience feels more personal and intimate. That more effort has been put in than a common BCC’ed email in order to have them there. The gesture in itself radiates elegance and class. As will the quality and design of the card and envelope.ย 

Beyond invitations, paper-printed food and bar menus are a must. As are personally-named seating cards.

Other examples of print-requiring items, in the context of an event, are direction and area/station-labelling sign posts, personalized acrylic dance floor and wall stickers et cetera.

Last, 3D printing options may include the construction of logo, slogan or message tangible display modules.

Taking care of, and facilitating, your attending guests’ overall experience needs not be limited to what you will offer them upon entering your home or chosen venue. Especially if your event is held in a busy area โ€” in which car-parking is a particuarly daunting and enervating task โ€” when, upon arrival, seeing that you have provided them with a valet service will be an immediate sigh of relief. An instant feeling of gratitude towards you.

It’s that extra touch. One that says that there will be no downside to today or tonight. That it will all be easy, and that all they actually need to do is “get there”. And then enjoy.

Event Planners / Coordinators

An event, especially one of importance and/or with many attendees, needs efficient planning and exectution from the project’s planning phase. And then from start to finish.

Professionally-planned logistics demand that every single t and i is, respectively, crossed and dotted.

An event planner’s job is to find the correct venue that covers the specific event’s requirements, to coordinate all the vendors, to source those not yet on-board, set out a timetable and floor plan for everyone to adhere to. To ensure that there are clear contingency plans, should any task fall out of their critical path model in order to make up for lost time, and that any subsequent activity overlaps be immediately re-coordinated, and corrective tweaks be implemented to achieve the required result. On time. Summarily, to streamline the entire project.

The planner’s responsibilities, though, go far beyond planning, overseeing and being the coordinating hub for all involved parties in the production itself. They are in charge of dispatching invitations, RSVP’s and post-event communication.

Photographers / Videographers

They say that the first 10,000 photos we have shot are our worst. The truth is, more.

Most mobile devices of today can capture stills and video footage very close to the quality of nowadays’ professional cameras. Well, nearly. They can even shoot in high-info raw format to enable detailed post-editing.

The superior image quality of their devices, though, is not what these highly experienced professionals offer. A phone will not tell its holder where to stand and what to capture. Nor from what angle and at what moment. Experience and talent will. Nor will it tirelessly shoot for us throughout the event while we are busy enjoying it. Nor will we shoot over 4 times the amount of images, or video length, than we actually need in order to select the perfect moments in post production. A pro will do this.

And although auto settings available on everyone’s devices have, truly, made giant leaps over the last decade they do not have a specific end result in mind other than “looking good”. In short, they don’t adhere to a final plan other than producing, haphazard, “great shots”.

A professional will manually tweak the settings to adapt to changing lights and situations, always with a specific end-result in mind. What he will create. He is there to script a story. And will put it together and then deliver its narration to you after hours of artistic work in post production. This is what you will get.

Live Bands / Solo Performers

A live performer or band offers a completely different type of entertainment than a DJ does.

We believe, and have thus far seen that a DJ โ€” given that he is truly talented and can “read” the crowd well โ€“ has a clear advantage to a live performance with regards to fun. This is only logical since the guests are able to enjoy the music, sound and lighting while socializing and interacting with the other attendees. They will not have their attention drawn to the live performers, thus becoming spectators for the evening.ย 

However, should the scope of the specific event not be party-oriented, or the live performer/s be offered for specific parts of the event to complement the DJ’s set, we will bring you the finest of them.ย
