Established in 2009, H+Co Parties Et Cetera is an event production company based in Athens, Greece.
We offer a wide range of services that include the provision of Sound and Lighting Effects’ systems, Decorative and Functional Venue Illumination, Special Effects and Customized Trussing Constructions. The performance of the talented, and vastly sought-after, members of our DJ team are always there to supplement the high-end productions we deliver. All over Greece.
Through our network of associates — who we deem to be the best in the country in their respective fields — we are able to offer anything that may be required for any given private event or corporate function, well beyond our aforementioned in-house services. Venue decorators, event planners/coordinators, florists, furniture/prop rentals, image/video projections, LED screens, tent/canopy constructions, stage building, catering/bartending services, live performers and bands, dancers, entertainers, photo/videographers, valet services, security personnel, lifeguards, firework shows, mobile power generators and venue locating/booking to name a few.
Ever since its inception (under its former name “H+C Parties Et Cetera”), H+Co Parties Et Cetera has been synonymous with both Fun and Style. Our upscale client niche has always trusted us with the sound and lighting production of their private events (weddings, Christenings, private parties et cetera), as well as with the DJ performance to accompany each of them. Following the successes thereof, have, in turn, relied on us for the covering of their corporate ones.

Sound Systems
This is the first building block of most event productions. The music performed by either our talented DJs, a live band or a solo performer, should be delivered to the crowd in the crispest of quality.
Our high-end, and globally renowned, loudspeakers’ range will guarantee an unmatched sound clarity while delivering an unsurpassed rock-solid punch necessary to keep any party pumping!

Moving Light Effects
Hand-in-hand with the music delivered to the crowd by our exceptional sound systems, moving lighting is the second most important equipment category in a party’s success.
As lighting directly affects mood, the creation of an ongoing visual motion of light beams in the air that “follow” the music is essential to the creation of the overall party vibe.
Depending on the requirements of each event, different types of professional moving heads may be used to create an exceptionally impressive and vibrant atmosphere on the dance floor. Or on the main event area or stage.
We also offer a wide range of alternative moving light fixtures which create unalike lighting effects to moving heads. These are commonly selected as add-ons so as to further enhance, and add variety to, the already stunning main lighting effects’ system.
Selecting which of these awesome luminaires you will use, as well as the number of their units, is strictly a matter of personal taste and how astounding an ambience you would like us to create for you and your guests!
Special Effects
To further enhance the impressiveness of your party, a variety of special effects’ options can be chosen.
Air-opaqueness machines such as smoke, haze and low-fog producing units, add greatly to the show created by different moving lights as they “thicken” the air thereby making the emitted light beams visible along their lengths. A indisputably spectacular kinetic display of moving beams above and “through” the crowd!
Other available special effect devices have completely different uses than the aforementioned ones. A dry ice machine, for example, will emit a thick and heavy smoke “carpet” just above floor-height. A physical identity of dry ice (solid-state carbon dioxide) is that it sublimates (converts to its gaseous state directly from its solid one: the dry ice pellets used in this specific fog machine) when exposed to an environment warmer than -78.5°C. This reaction occurs within the fixture which, in turn, releases the heavy fog blast from it. This floor-level fog will then dissipate (visually vanish) several seconds following its emission; and will thus never rise above knee level to hide anyone or anything above it. This may be used highlight a specific event such as a live performance, a speaker, a product presentation or a couple’s first dance, cake cutting or entrance.

Decorative & Functional Venue Illumination
Whether you are hosting a casual or formal dinner soiree, a corporate function, a full-blown party — or a combination of them — with the correct lighting we are able to completely transform the area’s surroundings. Or to boast their natural, or structural, beauty by accentuating certain sections or segments of them, while maintaining their inherent personality.
The decorative illumination of a given venue can create a truly enchanting ambience in which your entire evening will be held. Visually giving it the character of the event’s theme, or simply that of your liking. Without, in actuality, changing a thing. This will be your scene. The Where. This is enough to change the “script” of the evening.
Any decorative elements, florals or props that you may embellish the surroundings with can be given prominence via directional lighting. Colored or not. Optically emphasized to emphatically, or discreetly, underscore their presence. Their belonging to the mise-en-scène.
Tables, furniture sets and any other necessary such units can be spotlit to smoothly and elegantly facilitate their functionality. This, of course, will inevitably add to the appeal of the area as a whole.
Customized Truss Constructions

In the case of moving heads, it gives us the ability to station the units all around the the area that the trussing structure will encompass. This, in turn, will allow for moving light beams emanating from all sides of the dance floor, or main event, area. A light show far more captivating than any one-sided emission setup could possibly achieve; as with the case of lighting stands used in its stead.
Beyond taking advantage of the full lighting range that these moving light projectors offer — as they will be hung at their intended, per design, inverted positions — their directly-over-the-crowd placement permits them to create a continuous/’uninterrupted’ 360° rotating movement to be viewed by all those beneath them.
Aside from the elevated suspension points that it is built to provide, the existence of a truss construction optically and imposingly “houses” the area; thus clearly setting it apart from the rest of the venue. In the scope of of a cocktail/dinner evening which will later develop into a party, it visually defines the place that you will be “in” later; and where you “are” during party hours!

Video Creation / Editing & Custom 3D Animations
Creating a video — when done well — is a particyttularly time-consuming task. Think days. It’s all about getting a message across to the viewers, luring their engagement and making things look better than they are. Or, at least, showing them in the best possible light.
Nowadays, many of us have given video editing a hobby-level try. But due to a lack of spare time, and given the steep learning curve beyond the basics, most have given up trying to take the edits to anything more than a simple sequence of footage clips, using very basic transitions between them.
We make the time because we love visual creations!
Track Remixing / Re-Editing
A hobby of our has always been remixing and re-editing songs. We, as most people, love updated variations of their favorite songs. Whether oldies, or relatively recent tracks. A more up-to-date version of the song you love, or an altogether different track which contains samples of the original.
Imagine having your event’s theme track tailored to your liking, just just for you! For “your” version to be played during, and throughout, your special evening.
It doesn’t get more “you” than that! 🙂
Your own, customized, track may also be used as the theme song upon which your video, or animated slideshow, is based. Should you wish to send it to your guests along with their invitation — as an event teaser — it will establish the track as the event’s theme beforehand! Should it be sent to them in the days following as an attendance thank-you, including footage from your special day, your personally-tailored theme track will serve as a reminder of the soiree you hosted; further “cementing” it as yours!
Event Temp-Website Creation
The keys here are ease, simplicity, speed and — of course — price.
In a “world gone digital” it is not uncommon to create a website with information regarding an event someone is hosting, map directions to it, to automate reminder dispatches, to include photos/videos, contact details, as well as to amass RSVPs to assist you and/or your event planner to more expediently coordinate the occasion.
Once given the necessary info, text and media, we can create this website for you and give your event the professional and organized look it deserves. And help keep things organized.
Multi-use custom QR Codes
QR codes are everywhere. With them you can save vcards (contact details) directly to your mobile devices, download menus and other documents, be linked to internet pages/websites, to social media profiles etc. We are all acqainted with them and use them on nearly a daily basis for one of the above uses.
Imagine being able to create a unique QR code for your event, but one which offers ALL of the above.
With a single scan your guests will have access to everything you need them to. Eg. your website or that of the event’s, the event venue’s location pin to navigate them there, to a pre-event teaser video, to the optionally downloadable digital invitation. And so much more. With the same scan they will also be able to save the contact info to your event organizer, suggested hotels, travel agencies et al directly on their mobile devices.
All you will need to do is email them a single QR code and they will have everything that is needed by simply scanning your code!
And, since this Multi-QR code is dynamic, you may add to, edit and delete somee of its contents as the days pass so that anyone scanning it will have access to the updated information at any time.
Following the event you will also be able to include the link to a video of your event that we can create for to thank your guests for their attendance.

Sound Systems
The exceptionally powerful sound systems that we use for the main event (or dance floor) areas — manufactured by the globally-acclaimed Electro Voice brand — will, apart from their renowned clarity of sound, deliver the necessary punch required to keep any party pumping! Well over and above this.
Their unmatched Sound Pressure Level yield (max dB SPL) — the correct metric of the sound level actually delivered to the crowd/audience — in all the speaker and subwoofer Wattage ranges we use, will guarantee this.
In line with the above, our discreet, smaller-sized — albeit remarkably potent — peripheral speakers will ensure that all the surrounding areas are perfectly covered with a correspondingly crisp sound.
This is what is needed, and this what we like to call “crystal-clear havoc”! 😉

Moving Lights
Our stunningly powerful professional lighting effects’ systems optically complement the music in any given event. Hand-in-hand with, and “following” it.
Moving lights are key to the overall vibe of a party, positively affecting and setting the mood. They create a visually imposing kinetic ambience which will exude an energy all of its own throughout the soiree, adding the finishing touch to the music’s effect.
Beam, Wash or Spot moving moving head types (or a combination of them) may be selected depending on the look you wish us to create for you. Each category produces a completely different lighting effect from the other, making the selection between them strictly a matter of personal preference and requirements.
The number of these lighting units that would be necessary for any given event will depend on how impressive a light show you wish us to create for the event/function that you will be hosting.
To further add to, or to “complete”, the light show, various types of light effect units are available and may be selected to accompany these professional rotating heads.
The use of air-opaqueness machines (hazer / smoke / low-fog units), used in conjunction with moving lights, is highly recommended in order to render the light show all the more breathtaking. By “thickening” the atmosphere at certain moments, the emitted light show beams become intensely visible along their lengths, thus transforming the environment to a vibrant surrounding of moving light beams penetrating the air above, around and through the crowd.

Special Effects
The the fog-generating units (smoke / haze / low-fog machines) mentioned in the previous section are used to render the atmosphere more opaque at the required moments so as to intensify the light show’s effect. Thus boosting its “wow-factor”! 😉
Other units, such as dry ice machines, though will not assist in the light show per se (as their fog will never rise to thicken the air above), will instead create a theatrical floor-fog effect in order to draw attention to specific people, events, shows or props. Or to simply create an… eerie setting at certain moments of the soiree! The thick fog created by the sublimating dry ice (solid carbon dioxide) will dissipate in under a minute after each blast — never rising beyond knee-height — and will therefore never hide the persons, objects or activities being emphasized. Examples of use could the highlighting of a couple’s first dance, their entrance, a speaker, a musical performance, a crowd entertainer, an act or even a product presentation.
